Chosen Sky 02 is a triptych made from a single photograph of the sky over Lebanon taken in the spring of 2025. Through screen printing, it became evident that the image relies almost entirely on two colours: blue and magenta. No yellow, no black, just these two opposing tones.
Chosen Sky 02 is part of the ongoing project Chance of Sky which explores the twofold nature of the Lebanese sky: a wide expanse of blue that brims with promise, yet one that is never guaranteed under the weight of surveillance and the looming threat of bombardment.
