Sharp and brilliant, those tiny black-and-white positives – the SCALA slides – are truly magical to see. The multiple-step SCALA reversal process is made easy: together with Lina Bessonova, a film photographer and instructor, the participants will shoot and develop their very own positive films.
Expanding the possibilities of reversal processing, the workshop will offer an additional step: sepia and selenium slide toning!
Every participant walks away with a set of beautiful ADOX SCALA slides, with confident knowledge about film processing, film reversal and sepia and selenium toning (which is also applicable to negatives and prints)
Absolutely suitable for beginners, even for those who have never processed film.
Participants should bring their own 35mm cameras.
Film, chemistry and other equipment is provided.
