Invented in the 1850s, uranotype is an early photographic process that uses uranium salts to produce distinctive warm orange-brown images.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will create digital negatives, expose their images, develop the prints, and take home their finished uranotypes. The workshop uses only small quantities of depleted uranium, with minimal radiation exposure ( a banana has more active radiation!!!!).
